You are awesome kids eating awesome meals. You are so lucky to have such incredible experiences. Thanks for sharing with us. Please take me and Amelia to the cooking school restaurant in Scottsdale next time we see each other, okay? MMM YUMMY!

We will be happy to take you both!!! Can’t wait to see you!!!
cool!
The food must of been very good!
Im hungry now!
I can see that you’ll make terrific restaurant critics. It’s the world’s 2nd best job (I’ll leave you to guess what #1 is): you get to eat great food for free as long as you then write about it! The only problem is staying skinny, but it looks like you guys have that one licked. How come I don’t see any McDonald’s or Applebee’s reviews? Sheesh!
we are thinking about best hamburger in phoenix/scottsdale soon! thanks for the idea!!!
I loved your article!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WordPress! – look it up on Google!
I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Karsen and Anya with their parents Sunil and Peggy at Hidden Meadow Ranch. I have always had the philosophy of cooking well for children as they are the next generation of diners(and chefs). I was so delighted that they shared their blog with me. I had a great time cooking for the whole family. Nothing is more satisfying to a chef than to have people who really appreciate good food. This blog is the best idea I have seen, as it invites other kids to get involved. I look forward to seeing everyone back soon. Kurt Jacobsen, Executive Chef Hidden Meadow Ranch. Greer AZ
Thank you very much, Chef Kurt! We loved our last breakfast at Hidden Meadow. What were those danish pancakes called again? And your hashbrowns make my mouth water when I think of them! Let us know when you come to Scottsdale. We’ll take you to our favorite restaurants and maybe we’ll even cook for you!!! We look forward to seeing you again either at Hidden Meadow or Scottsdale!!!
The Dainsh pancakes were called Aebleskivers. Thay are also good when you pipe a little homemade applesauce or jam into them. K
Next time we are there can we try the Aebleskivers with homemade applesauce and jam?
